New Paragraph
Starting your own business? We will give you the basic knowledge and skills to get you up and running.
So you're off the ground, what next?
Already established and looking to grow? our mentors can work with you in identifying strategic areas of growth for your business.
With a good succession plan, we can help you can transition out of your business with ease.
Good sales and marketing will fuel your business growth. But first, let's make a plan to reach, engage and then convert future customers whilst ensuring that you get the best return on your marketing investment.
At the Business Enterprise Centre NT, our business mentors can help you create a sales & marketing strategy to achieve your goals. Here are some of the areas we might focus on:
Who are you customers? Where do they live? and how much money do they have to spend? We will help you answer these and many more questions through detailed market research, ultimately understanding why are people going to buy your product or service.
We will work with you to put a quantifiable marketing plan in place to offer the best chance of an optimum return on your marketing investment.
Social media is quickly becoming one of the most important components of marketing. Whether you’re a start-up or a mature business, having a social media presence has huge benefits for your business, but you have to know how to reach and engage the right people.
The Business Enterprise Centre will work with you to put in place an effective social media strategy so you can connect with your customers, increase awareness about your brand and most importantly boost sales.
Effective management of your finances is key, that much is obvious. But do you know how all your financial systems are working and are they recording the correct information? The Business Enterprise Centre NT are not going to do your books for you, that's what accountants are for, but we will help you interpret that data and make key strategic decisions from it.
We work with you to model and plan your finances. You have a goal in mind? We can show you how to get there and plan what milestones need to be hit along the road to success.
We know that sometimes when you are running a busy business it's easy to get lost in the day to day tasks and lose sight of working on the business itself.
Effective strategy and a more profitable business - we think of strategy in terms of how you are going to be different from your competitors rather than being better. The Business Enterprise Centre NT will help you define your strategy and what decisions need to be made along the way to success. We will help you understand what resources need to be allocated, how to factor in changing market dynamics, and most importantly put milestones in place to ensure that you achieve results.
Times change, technology evolves, and you need to make sure that your business evolves with it. This can be from how to effectively sell your product or service online to giving you the edge on competitors through targeted campaigns. The Business Enterprise Centre NT will help you keep your business ahead of the curve, maximise opportunities and yield best possible results.
As we all have experienced the massive potential new technology offers to business, it isn't without risk and will come under more sophisticated threats as new technology emerges. The Business Enterprise Centre is consistently developing best practice on how your business can counteract these threats and minimise risk.

At the Business Enterprise Centre NT we are results people, so we cover 'what', 'why' and most importantly 'how' you are going to gain results, and will work with you throughout this process to ensure that you achieve them.
How we approach this depends on what you need us to do, from strategy and implementation to measuring results, and then where to go next.
